Orders

Where can I buy your gelato?

Currently, we're delivering to Delhi and Gurgaon. So, if you're in Delhi, place your order on our website, and if you're in Gurgaon, find us on Zomato. Get ready to indulge in the greatest of all treats!

Can I place an order for pickup?

You're always welcome to pick up your favorite treats directly from our kitchen. Just follow Order Online to place your order and select the "Pick Up" option. Be sure to specify the pickup time so that we can have your order ready when you arrive. Here's our pickup map!

How do I know my order is confirmed?

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. We'll also keep you updated on your delivery status, so keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your spam folder too, just in case).

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Give us a call at +919310273613 as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. We can only modify your order if we catch it before it's dispatched, so don't wait too long!

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We know things happen, and plans change, but once your order is placed, we won't be able to cancel the order.

Who do I get in touch with for bulk order queries? Can I get a discount?

Wow, it sounds like you're planning the sweetest party ever! Just call us or shoot us an email - we'll work out a personalized package for you.

Payment-related

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Bummer, we know the feeling. But don't worry, we'll help you sort it out. If your payment doesn't go through, you'll automatically be redirected to the checkout page to try again. If you're still having trouble, give us a call or drop us an email and we'll get to the bottom of it!

How much time will it take for the refund to process?

Refunds usually take 4-7 days to process, depending on the cycle of our payment partners. Rest assured, we'll try to get it done at the earliest.

Do you have a Cash On Delivery option?

We don't accept cash on delivery right now but we offer multiple online payment methods including all major credit and debit cards, UPI, bank transfer and more.

Delivery

When will my order get delivered?

If you've placed your order on our website, it will be delivered within two days, unless you schedule a specific delivery time. If you're still not sure, give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll be happy to help you out.

Can I have my order scheduled at a specific time?

Absolutely! When you're placing your order on our website, just select "Specific Time" and choose the date and time that works best for you.

Can I change the address once the order is placed?

We'll do our best to make it happen, but we'll need to catch your order before it leaves our premises. Give us a call with your order number and the new address, and we'll see what we can do.

Do you have a subscription model?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Drop us an email at contact@greatestofalltreats.com mentioning your subscription requirements, and we'll try creating a personalized subscription for you if possible.

Who do I get in touch with for issues or complaints with the product/packaging?

We want to make sure you have the best experience with our gelato. If you have any issues or complaints, please send us an email at contact@greatestofalltreats.com, and we'll find a way to make it right.

Do you offer catering services?

You bet we do! We love a good party, and we're here to make it even sweeter. Just call or email us your catering requirements.

How long does your gelato last in the freezer?

Our gelato is best enjoyed within a week of purchase. If your gelato is kept unopened in your freezer, we recommend consuming it within 3 weeks for optimal taste and freshness. But who can wait that long? Once opened, consume it within 5 days.  

Are your gelatos suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

We have a range of options for people with dietary restrictions! We offer vegan, gluten-free and 100% vegetarian options. Just check our menu to find the options that suit your dietary needs. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Can I request a custom flavor of gelato?

We'd love to hear your ideas for new flavors! While we can't guarantee that we can make every request, we will do our best to incorporate your ideas. Check out our flavor board!
